After less than 48 hours of registration opening, over 400 people registered for TBRU. In the same fashion, the host hotel quickly sold out. We have not experienced this kind of demand before! Make your reservations now and we look forward to seeing you in March. Please note that reservations do change so please call the hotel and check for availability.

Friday and Saturday nights the host hotel is full. Some room nights may become available due to cancellations; you are welcome to contact the hotel.

Important: The Dallas Bears have completely reserved the Host Hotel for TBRU Participants. Priority Club members - please note that Priority Club privileges are not available during TBRU since the hotel has been completely reserved for a private event.

Overflow Hotels
Our overflow hotels are a great place to stay. TBRU offers continuous shuttle service between all of our overflow hotels and the host hotel. Catch the main buses at the host hotel to get to all the events and venues. All of our overflow hotels surround the host hotel. Our overflow hotels offer additional features such as balconies (great for smokers), pet policies, smaller-venue feel and much more. All of our hotels are also TBRU sponsors making donations to the three TBRU charities.
