Guests of Crowne Plaza enjoy quality amenities during their stay, including hotel-wide free Wi-Fi access and free parking. Note: The hotel provides a shuttle to and from Dallas Love Field. Contact the hotel for pick-up. The Dallas Bears have reserved the entire hotel for TBRU. The host hotel is reserved for TBRU registrants only and requires a minimum of a three night stay to reserve a room at the host hotel. The three nights must consist of at least Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Each TBRU registrant is limited to one hotel room in their name. The hotel will audit reservations from the TBRU registrant list. (Priority Club members - Please note that Priority Club privileges are not available during TBRU since the hotel has been completely reserved for a private event.)
Overflow Hotels
Our overflow hotels are a great place to stay. TBRU offers continuous shuttle service between all of our overflow hotels and the host hotel. Catch the main busses at the host hotel to get to all the events and venues. All of our hotels are also TBRU sponsors making donations to the three TBRU charities.
