Kick-Off Party & Costume Contest
Join us as we Kick-Off TBRU 17. This event is designed to give registrants a time to connect with fellow registrants and especially give first-time TBRU attendees a little information about TBRU and to meet some new friends. We also will have our on-stage Costume Contest with fabulous prizes. Come in your "Bears Gone Wild – spring Break Style" costume! The kick-off party also includes a light finger food buffet. The Guys of Bearapalooza will be providing a great 1980's Retro Revue Concert set to get your beach party groove on. Following the Kick-Off Party the ballroom turns into our famous hospitality room. So come join the Dallas Bears for a great Kick-Off Party.

City Excursion: Texas Winery Tour
Think you can only find good wine in Calfornia? Well think again! This city excursion will take you to the heart of Texas wineries in North Texas. Cross Timbers Winery is set in a rustic homestead dating back to 1874. You will taste ten of the best wines that the (aptly named) Grapevine area has to offer. Enjoy a relaxing evening with friends and a wonderful glass of wine too. Our most-requested item in our feedback surveys was your desire to go to a Texas Winery! Join us on this evening trip and bring your tasting lips and a shopping bag, 'cause you'll want to take some home. This excursion is an add-on, and costs $25.00.

Night Splash!
Join us for our first pool party of the weekend. The pool opens for the Bears at 10 pm. Shower first, and don't forget to wear your bathing suit!

City Excursion: Fort Worth Stockyards
You will step back into time as you visit the Historical Ft. Worth Stockyards. To fully appreciate the exciting history of the Stockyards and the Old West, you will take a guided walking tour upon arrival at the visitor's center. At a leisurely pace, your expert guide will take you through the sights of interest, including the Texas Trail of Fame, with anecdotes about colorful personalities who contributed to the unique history of Texas' largest historical district. While you are there you just might see a real cattle drive. When finished with the tour, you can dine at one of the many restaurants in the Stockyards, from Texas bar-B-que to mouth-watering steaks. There is sure to be something to please. After a wonderful meal, stroll through the shops for the perfect Texas souvenir.  This excursion is an add-on, and costs $20.00.

Spa Excursion: Club Dallas
Have some good fun at Club Dallas. Club Dallas is a first-class gay men's bathhouse and gym. Have some fun and relax before you head out to the Big D Bear Dance! This excursion is an add-on, and costs $20.00.

Big D BearDance
Once again we're partnering with the guys from Big D BearDance to bring you an evening of sweaty, gyrating, half-naked bears! WOOF! Join your buddies from TBRU and other bears from all over the US for this "dance till you drop" event! This event is an add-on and costs $25.00 with your registration. If you wait until the night of the dance, you'll have to pay $30.00! Big D BearDance is the largest sponsor of our TBRU Charities!

City Excursion: Dallas World Aquarium
Experience nature's adventure at the Dallas World Aquarium. The facility is home to a unique display of flora and fauna from five continents, 14 countries, three oceans, numerous seas and rivers. This excursion is an add-on, and costs $20.00.

Bears Bingo
It's Bingo with an entertaining twist. Fun and prizes abound! A fabulous time with host Paul J. Williams as Sister Helen Holy.

TBRU Underwear Auction
Join Dallas Bears' very own Billy Baron as he hosts the annual Underwear Auction in the hospitality room. Models from Dallas and all over, not one size fits all. We have cubs, bears, Daddies, boys, and more! Awesome underwear and did we mention HOT models? Proceeds benefit our TBRU charities.

TBRU Dinner and Activities
Join us Saturday night for our TBRU Big Texas Dinner. The destination is Eddie Deen’s Ranch in the downtown Dallas/convention center area. Take the buses! The parking lot next to Eddie Deen’s is NOT part of the venue; it is a pay parking lot. Good Texas Comfort Food like Chicken Fried Steak, Grilled Chicken Breasts, Carrots, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls and good down-home desserts. It’s a come and go affair. A short moment of entertainment during the dinner will have you laughing as local entertainer and community fundraiser Keri Lynn Somers does his famous Lucille Ball, Vitameatavegamin skit.

TBRU Texas BBQ
It just wouldn't be right for you to visit Texas and not have some good 'ole Texas BBQ!  Join us for the "best BBQ in the world" and the TBRU closing ceremony at the Round-Up Saloon and Dancehall. Come see their new double decker patio. Don't forget to wear your boots as Juanita will be on hand to give country western dance lessons following lunch and then stick around for our after parties.

"Church" at the Hidden Door
This ain't your mamma's church! Join hundreds of Bears and lots of Beer for "church" Dallas-style on the patio of the Hidden Door. It's a tradition that you just can't miss!

Official After-Party & T-Dance
Join us at the Dallas Eagle Sunday evening for our official After Glow Party and Dance. Bears, Bears and more Bears. Celebrate with us as we toast top the end of a great event and good friends from all over the nation and world. The Dallas Eagle will host special events and a toast to a great weekend.
