Due to the overwhelming response, we've decided to offer Late Registration (a.k.a. at-the-door registration) on-line until Friday afternoon, 3/12.  After 3/12 Late Registration will be available at-the-door only beginning at 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 17th at the host hotel.  

NOTE:  The Late Registration (a.k.a. at-the-door) price is $140 and supplies (run bags, t-shirt sizes, pins, hats, etc) may be limited.

The members of the Dallas Bears invite y’all to join us March 18-21, 2010 for Texas Bear Round-Up XV – Pantheon, “Party with the Gods.”

We have a great weekend planned with entertainment, food, activities, contest, transportation to all our events and bars, our famous hospitality room and of course a thousand plus bears, cubs, admirers and more!

Each year our small group of volunteers work hard to plan a great event so that your time here in Dallas is fun and exciting. We work just as hard to keep our costs down in order to keep the cost down for You to attend. Through volunteers, donations and sponsorships we continue to be able to provide one of the best packages at one of the lowest prices on the circuit. At the same time our event is a “Party with a Purpose”. While you are having a good time remember we are also doing some good work in our communities. Our three beneficiaries this year are Youth First Texas, AIDS Interfaith Network and Legacy Founders Cottage (check out the Beneficiaries page to the left for more information).

Each year we ask for your feedback and comments. You ask for things each year and we do our best to respond, of course there are some things that we cannot do in respect to Texas laws, City ordinances and State liquor laws, etc… I am pleased to let you know about the following improvements we are offering you.

This year’s theme Pantheon takes us back to the Greco-Roman era of Togas, Gods, Roman Orgies, Food and Merriment. Get your Toga ready for Thursday night’s Kick-Off Party! We will have a Toga Costume Contest, Food and more co-sponsored by our friends at A Bear’s Life Magazine. Get ready for the Mr. TBRU Contest on Saturday as we show off our Bears, Cubs and Admirers. We are excited to announce that International Mr. Leather, Jeffrey Payne will be our emcee.
