Advertise at TBRU

Advertising is the best way to get your message out!

The Dallas Bears produce a run book for TBRU participants.  

The run book is 5.5" wide by 8.5" tall, printed in black and white matte, with a glossy full color front and back cover.

You can purchase two sizes of adds:  half page or full page.

• Full Page Ads are vertical and no larger than 7.5" tall and 4.75" wide.  The cost is $100.00
• Half Page Ads are horizontal and no larger than 3.5" tall and 4.75" wide.  The cost is $50.00

Your ad should be print ready in one of the following formats:  Photoshop (.psd) or Image (.tif, .bmp, .gif, .png, .jpg).  Ads should be at least 300 dpi resolution, though we strongly prefer 600 dpi.  We do not accept resolutions greater than 600 dpi.

Additional costs will be incurred if we have to re-size or convert your ad prior to printed.  We reserve the right to refuse to print an ad that requires adjustment and payment is not received.

All ads must comply with Texas laws regarding obscene materials.  You may be required to provide a statement of authority for any image that appears to be Trademarked or Copyrighted along with indemnity to the Dallas Bears.  We reserve the right to refuse to print an ad that has questionable content without a statement of authority and indemnity.

Full payment and artwork must be received no later than February 26, 2010.  We reserve the right to refuse to print an ad received after that date.  Refunds for missed deadlines for artwork will be granted at the sole discretion of the Dallas Bears.
