Be A Sponsor at TBRU!

TBRU is able to give back to the GLBT community in excess of $25,000 in large part because of our sponsors!  Sponsors provide goods, services, and cash donations to help Dallas Bears make TBRU a premier event and one of the largest bear runs in the country.

While we accept sponsorships in any amount, we especially recognize sponsors in the following categories:

Bronze

Any organization, group, business, or individual that provides goods, services, or cash in an amount between $500.00-$999.99 are recognized as a Bronze Level Sponsor.

Bronze Level Sponsors receive:

• A 1/2 page ad in the event program
• A logo displayed on the TBRU website

Silver

Any organization, group, business, or individual that provides goods, services, or cash in an amount between $1,000.00-$1,499.00 are recognized as a Silver Level Sponsor.

Silver Level Sponsors receive:

• Placement of your organization's banner in the host hotel atrium or ballroom - space permitting
• Two (2) free passes to the BBQ at the Round Up Salloon on Sunday, March 21st
• A full page ad in the event program
• A logo displayed on the TBRU website linked to your organization's website

Gold

Any organization, group, business, or individual that provides goods, services, or cash in an amount between $1,500.00-$1,999.99 is recognized as a Gold Level Sponsor.

Gold Level Sponsors receive:

• Placement of your organization's banner in the host hotel atrium or ballroom - space permitting
• Two (2) free passes to the Dinner event on Saturday, March 20th
• Two (2) free passes to the BBQ at the Round Up Saloon on Sunday, March 21st
• A full page ad in the event program
• A logo displayed on the TBRU website linked to your organization's website

Platinum

Any organization, group, business, or indivicual that provides goods, services, or cash in an amount of $2,000.00 or more is recognized as a Platinum Level Sponsor.

Platinum Level Sponsors receive:

• Placement of your organization's banner in the host hotel atrium or ballroom - space permitting
• Two (2) free passess to the full TBRU event
• Two (2) free passes to the Dinner event on Saturday night
• Two (2) free passes to the BBQ at the Round Up Saloon on Sunday afternoon
• A Premium Sponsor Page Ad in the event program
• A logo displayed on the TBRU website linked to your organization's website
• One (1) free Vendor Market Space Vendor Market is full (1/2/2010).
