Registration Information

Package Cost

We work hard to keep TBRU a simple event to participate in.  In doing so we offer one registration package that includes the majority of all our events.  (*Some events do have an additional cost associated with them that you can optionally attend.  Examples of events that are an additional cost include the City Excursions, Spa Excursions, and the Big D Bear Dance.  Please check the event schedule for a list of events not included in your registration package.)

ASL interpretation will be provided at most of our major and staged events.  If ASL interpretation would help you during these events please let us know after you place your on-line reservation.  Additionally, if you are interested in assisting our bear brothers that need ASL interpretation please email info@tbru.org.

Registration Includes

Your registration includes all of the following:

• Entry to most TBRU events (see event schedule for more details)
• One (1) TBRU embroidered t-shirt or cap
• One (1) TBRU run pin
• Free shuttle transportation to all venues during the weekend
• Entry to the TBRU Hospitality Room with complimentary drinks and cocktail parties
• Saturday dinner, Sunday lunch, and various other food and snacks
• Mr. TBRU Contest
• Pool parties
• VIP entry to local venues

Registration Cost

• $93 Early Bear registration through January 15, 2010
• $115 Online registration from January 16, 2010 until March 7, 2010
• $140 at the door beginning March 18th at noon (please note that t-shirts and caps are based on availability)

What to Do?

• Click the Attend TBRU! button at the top of any page on the TBRU website to complete your registration (and select your optional events), pay your fees, and make your host hotel reservation through the TBRU registration site.
