The Dallas Bears is committed to providing a fun, entertaining, bear run that provides what our attendees are looking for - and some of what they're looking for could be your product!

We set up a large area to house our Vendor Market at TBRU and man is it busy!  Want a space?  Keep reading...

The basic vendor space is one (1) 6' long table (with skirting) and two (2) chairs.  You can buy additional tables if you need more space.

The basic vendor space is $75.00.

Each additional 6' table is $25.00.

All of our space is first come - first served, so get your space reserved and paid for today!

The host hotel provides wireless access at no charge.  You can also arrange for special connections if you need them - email beavendor@tbru.org for more information.

Event tickets are not provided with your vendor registration; however, we'd love to invite you to our Hospitality Room each evening and our Saturday Dinner!

As of December 27, our current vendor space is full.  We're working with our host hotel to expand the available space to make room for more vendors.  Please contact the vendor cordinator for possible options.
