Accepted Forms of Payment

The Dallas Bears Inc / Texas Bear-Round-Up accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express branded credit, debit, or check cards. Cash is accepted in person only. Money orders and cashier’s checks will be accepted in most instances. Personal checks are not accepted. Questions may be directed to treasurer@dallasbears.org.

 

 

Refund Policy

The Texas Bear Round-Up planning committees make financial decisions based on registrations and the timeliness of money deposited into the Dallas Bears’ event account. We realize events happen in each person’s life that can cause a sudden change in plans to attend the event.  Below are the refund policy guidelines to which our event staff will follow.

Most refunds will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee. No refund request will be processed if the item has not settled. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of written request for refund (email or postal service). Refunds will be made to the original payment mechanism unless noted otherwise.

 

TBRU Event Fees
Attendee

Attendee fees will be refunded per the following schedule:

  1. Requests received up to and including February 12, 2020 will receive a full refund of the registration amount paid less a $25.00 administrative fee.

  2. Requests received from Feb 13 - 29, 2020 will receive a 50% refund of the registration amount paid less a $25.00 administrative fee.

  3. No refunds will be issued on or after March 1st, 2020.

 

Vendor

Vendor fees will be refunded per the following schedule:

  1. Requests received up to and including February 12, 2020 will receive a full refund of the registration amount paid less a $25.00 administrative fee.

  2. Requests received from Feb 13 - 29, 2020 will receive a 50% refund of the registration amount paid less a $25.00 administrative fee.

  3. No refunds will be issued on or after March 1, 2020.
     

Miscellaneous Items

Items purchased from TBRU / Dallas Bears will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the item. Item must be received in original, unused quality to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment mechanism and are subject to administrative fees.

 

Registration System and Third Party Vendors

Registration systems and other third-party vendors that charge fees for use of their systems and services are non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Policy Modifications

Dallas Bears may modify these policies at any time and will post those changes here.
