Texas Bear Round-Up™ is an annual nonprofit Bear Run hosted by the Dallas Bears in the heart of Dallas, Texas!
Known as Dallas' ultimate Party for a Purpose, TBRU™ brings thousands of bears, cubs, admirers, and friends together for an unforgettable weekend at the Hyatt Regency Dallas!
We're talking parties, mixers, excursions, classes, legendary celebrity entertainment, a vendor market featuring 60+ vendors, and so much more! And, of course, the one and only BearDance®!
Four days of brotherhood, celebration, and giving back to the community we love! 🐻
We're the bears behind the magic! Founded in 1993, the Dallas Bears are a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to community service, fellowship, fun, and lasting friendships.
In the mid-1990s, we created Texas Bear Round-Up™, beginning a beautiful tradition of brotherhood, celebration, and giving back that continues today!
Our organization is volunteer-run, meaning the individuals coordinating TBRU™ don't collect salaries for their work. We donate our time and talents to help maximize the funds we can give back to our charitable beneficiaries.
Every registration, raffle ticket, and act of support helps make that mission possible!

TBRU™ is hosted in Dallas, Texas, with event activities held at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. The weekend also includes optional off-site excursions and other activities in the area.

Each year brings a new theme, exciting entertainment, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate with our incredible community. Mark your calendars, and we hope to see you in Dallas!
We'd love to have you as part of our TBRU™ family! Sponsorships play an important role in making our event possible while helping us maximize the funds we can give back to our charitable beneficiaries.
We welcome sponsorships from businesses, organizations, and individuals through financial contributions or donations of goods and services. We also work with fellow Bear Clubs and community organizations through reciprocal event pass exchanges and promotional partnerships.

Absolutely! We're happy to offer businesses, community organizations, and event organizers a complimentary opportunity to promote themselves through our official TBRU™ Run Bags!
Simply provide your own printed promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, palm cards, or other inserts, and we'll include them in our attendee Run Bags at no charge. With more than 2,000 bags expected to be distributed, it's a great opportunity to introduce your business or event to our community!
How many should I provide?
That's entirely up to you! We anticipate preparing more than 2,000 Run Bags, but you're welcome to contribute whatever quantity works best for you.
